This role will focus on alliance management only and target growth opportunities across all industry teams and build a plan to increase the awareness and differentiators that Huron brings to various spaces like like Oracle, CRM, etc. This individual is responsible for the growth, development and administration of strategic partnerships, collaboration across teams – business, delivery and industry, maturing relationships with leadership internally and externally, tracking of milestones to meet major partnership goals and objectives. This person will be in the front lines of delivering a solid and measurable partner strategy, executing towards its goals and serving as the primary point of contact on the alliance relationship.

  • Set the strategic direction for go-to-market alliance strategies that models Huron as a premier provider with our channel partners.

  • Analyze partnership effectiveness and obtain ways to optimize growth.

  • Build and support relationships with Partner Alliance counterparts, Sales Leadership, Product Development and Industry SMEs.

  • Work in parallel with field enablement counterparts to deliver one Huron view of all key sales plays, go-to-market activity, and partner education.

  • Organize quarterly partner and sales reviews, collaborate to plan strategic account mapping and target account planning to support business development activities.

  • Provide regular internal and external facing channel updates – win wires, go-lives, newsletters & all partner-facing communications to differentiate Huron as the strategic go-to partner of choice.

  • Secure and process annual contract and services renewals. Track, manage and develop plans to hit key milestones for partnership levels & objectives.

  • Manage partner portals, partner listings and updates on internal and external sites.

  • This role will support North America and global teams.

  • Proven history of effective collaboration and leadership with cross-functional teams, including executive level practice heads, sales, marketing, technical resources, and other key stakeholders across multiple internal and external organizations.

  • Minimum of 8 years of successful alliance management and technology & channel sales experience.

  • In-depth channel alliance management – establishing relationships, driving the partnership forward and developing innovative ways to create partnership engagement from every level.

  • Initiative-thinker who works well independently and in a fast-paced environment, confident in making recommendations to senior management.

  • Ability to establish, monitor, and achieve project goals with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external audiences.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new and changing environments and processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment where not all team members are in the same location.

  • High level understanding of specific vendor solutions (i.e., Oracle, Workday, Salesforce)

  • Understanding and or experience working with healthcare, higher education, financial services, public sector and energy and utilities industries.

  • Solid understanding of current software technologies.

  • Must be authorized to work in US or Canada (Flexible living locations)

  • Anticipated travel of up to 20%

The estimated base salary for this job is $130,000 - $185,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $149,500 - $231,250. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
