About Berklee Pre-College, Online, and Professional Programs (POPP):Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and adjust certificate program schedules.
Create and adjust course and certificate program orders.
Assist with the processing of transcript requests.
Process withdrawals, course changes, program changes, etc., for the non-degree student population.
Assist with the end of term and beginning of term processing for degree and non-degree students.
Adjust orders for promotions/discounts.
Assist with the coordination of certificates and letters of completion.
Track course transfers and withdrawals.
Maintain effective and prompt communications with students through both email and phone.
Assist with the management of the day-to-day operations of the non-degree student population.
Manage the final grade process including communicating deadlines and sending reminders to instructors, tracking missing grades, reviewing incomplete grades for accuracy, communicating to instructors regarding probation students, and completing the grade import process.
Assist with the comp request for faculty/staff as well as scholarship winners
Act as a liaison to the advising team as it pertains to student inquiries.
Work collaboratively with the other members of the Registrar team to ensure all team goals are met.

Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions based on established guidelines.
Demonstrate considerable judgment, accuracy, and consistency.
Must possess strong time management, organizational, and project management skills.
Data collection and analysis skills.
Music background is a plus.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of one year of experience in a university/college records and registration office required.
Experience working with non-traditional students.
Experience with FERPA.
Experience with Colleague, Workday, and Salesforce preferred.
