We are seeking a Premium Features Consultant to join our team!


Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through upselling the Rentals United premium features (including Screen & Protect) to existing Rentals United clients.
  • Conduct outbound outreach (email campaigns, cold-calling) to clients, identifying upsell opportunities and delivering tailored product demonstrations.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from CSMs, partnering with them to demo and close deals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive adoption of the Rentals United Screen & Protect suite, including win-back campaigns, webinars, and other promotional efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CSMs, to support the client-facing sales process and meet client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, driving significant growth.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a SaaS company, with a proven track record in sales, business development, and upsells.
  • Prior experience as a BDR, demonstrating strong prospecting and outbound skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven with a "go-getter" mentality.
  • Ability to understand and communicate the value of products to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in the short-term rental or hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Spanish, French – advantage.
