As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a People Operations Specialist to support our HR functions and help cultivate a thriving company culture.

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to join our team on a part-time, freelance basis. This remote position will play a key role in managing HR functions, improving employee experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations related to people management. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR processes, a strong understanding of best practices, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and new hire orientation.
  • Assist with employee relations, providing support and guidance to team members regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and maintain HR records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including employee feedback, training programs, and career development plans.
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance company culture and employee engagement.
  • Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration, and freelancer contract management.
  • Address HR-related inquiries and provide solutions that align with business goals.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience working with HR software or tools is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
