Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team operations decision support. This role focuses on designing intuitive and user-friendly experiences while collaborating closely with operational experts to simplify and challenge existing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design and experience working in environments where operational challenges are at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with operational experts to understand business requirements and simplify complex processes through effective design solutions.
• Create user-centered designs, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications.
• Lead and execute end-to-end UX/UI design processes, from research and ideation to final implementation.
• Continuously challenge and improve current workflows and operational tools by providing innovative design solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure design solutions align with strategic goals.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Advocate for best practices in UX/UI design, ensuring the end-user experience is always a top priority.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UX and UI design.
• Experience working with operational experts or in operational environments, with the ability to simplify complex processes. (airline operations controllers, logistics, scheduling, etc)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user research, and usability testing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with designing for web and mobile platforms is preferred.
