Senior QA Engineer

Location: Remote from Portugal or Spain

• Develop and implement test automation strategies to ensure software quality.
  

• Conduct automated and manual testing to identify software defects and performance issues.
  

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to improve software quality across the SDLC.
  

• Work with SQL databases and Azure Databricks to validate data integrity and accuracy.
  

• Ensure seamless CI/CD pipeline integration using Azure DevOps and GitLab.
  

• Perform testing in cloud environments, primarily in Azure.
  

• Utilize ETL tools to validate data transformations and flows.
  

• Proven experience as a QA Engineer within a software development environment.
  

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods and automated testing.
  

• Proficiency in at least one test automation language (Python is a plus).
  

• Experience with SQL databases and data validation.
  

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, ideally Azure.
  

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitLab.
  

• Experience with ETL tools, data warehousing, and reporting tools is a plus.
  

• Understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
