Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will oversee up to four clients, dedicating two hours per client daily. You will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, optimizing workflows, and ensuring teams remain aligned and accountable. With a structured onboarding and training period, you’ll gain deep insight into our client’s systems and methodologies before taking full ownership of client operations.

You will implement and deploy our intuitive operating system designed to streamline workflows, monitor client health, and automate task creation. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, experience in client team management, and the ability to implement structured project management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of project management, ensuring smooth execution and efficiency.
  

• Utilize ClickUp to manage workflows, automate processes, and structure projects effectively.
  

• Allocate resources using data-driven insights, ensuring optimal project success.
  

• Coordinate teams with a clear internal cadence, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  

• Generate workflow reports, visualizing project progress, bottlenecks, and key milestones.
  

• Provide capacity reports to track workload distribution and prevent team overload.
  

• Deliver profitability reports, analyzing account revenue, costs, and margins to improve decision-making.
  

• Implement structured project cadences to keep teams and clients aligned.
  

• Deploy and integrate MidaOS within businesses to optimize operations and monitor project health.
  

Requirements

• Expert in ClickUp – workflow structuring, automation, and project management.
  

• Proven experience in end-to-end project management – managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  

• Background in digital, creative agencies, eCommerce, or tech-enabled services.
  

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability – improving workflows while coaching client teams.
  

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing client teams.
  

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
