We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team of creative professionals. In this role, you will drive the design strategy and execution for digital products, ensuring that user experience and interface align with business goals and brand standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—from product managers and software engineers to marketing and customer support—to translate user needs and requirements into intuitive and visually
compelling digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. User Research & Analysis
Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to identify customer behaviors and pain points.
Translate research insights into actionable design solutions that address user and business needs.
2. UI/UX Strategy & Conceptualization
Conceptualize design solutions that balance user needs with business objectives.
Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
Champion accessibility and usability best practices across all digital product experiences.
3. Design Execution & Collaboration
Create high-fidelity user interface designs and style guides that reflect brand identity.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and properly implemented.
Maintain and evolve a scalable design system that is easily adopted by various stakeholders.
Work with our Lead Visual Communications Designer to ensure all designs align with our company’s overall branding and visual guidelines.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
Present design concepts and rationale to key stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on user-centric design principles and advocate for continuous improvement.
Foster a user-first culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications
