Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM 1 hour unpaid break
Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne)

Join a growing real estate agency as a Cold Caller where you'll play a crucial role in generating valuable leads for both property management and sales teams. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, setting appointments that drive business growth while working with established scripts and data. This position offers performance-based incentives with clear KPIs and potential for growth as the company expands to additional branches. Your success directly contributes to the company's expansion plans, making this an exciting opportunity to showcase your communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls using provided data to generate leads for property management and sales

  • Set and schedule appointments with potential clients

  • Follow provided scripts and potentially help improve them based on experience

  • Use dial pad system to make calls efficiently

  • Track leads and appointments in the company's system

  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments set

  • Report on call outcomes and appointment conversion rates

Scopes:

  • Performance-based incentives available for appointments set (tiered structure)

Requirements
  • Previous experience in cold calling, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Experience with dial pad or similar calling systems
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data
  • Results-oriented mindset with ability to meet KPIs
  • Professional phone manner and positive attitude
