Job Description

You’ll manage sophisticated marketing campaigns using GoHighLevel, create engaging social media content, and be the friendly voice that guides potential clients through their wellness journey. This position offers the perfect blend of creative marketing, technical automation, and meaningful customer interaction, all while supporting a mission-driven healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize marketing funnels in GoHighLevel to attract and nurture potential clients
  
• Create compelling social media content that educates and inspires across multiple wellness verticals
  
• Manage inbound communication channels, providing warm and professional customer service
  
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with a focus on exceptional care
  
• Execute targeted email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
  
• Maintain and optimize automated booking systems to enhance patient experience
  
• Support multiple business segments including medical services, coaching programs, and wellness retreats
  
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategy and implementation
  
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics
  
• Ensure seamless customer journey from initial contact through service delivery
  

Requirements

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform and marketing automation tools
  
• Demonstrated success in social media management and content creation
  
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
  
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or related industry preferred
  
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong attention to detail
  
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
  
• Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns
