Job description

This is a remote position.


Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 5PM Broadbeach, QLD

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to manage social media, execute marketing initiatives, and provide essential administrative support. This role is ideal for a creative and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms. Monitor trends, analyze performance, and optimize strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and SEO strategies.

  • Content Creation: Write and edit compelling copy for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.

  • CRM & Email Marketing: Manage and maintain CRM databases, design email campaigns, and analyze customer engagement metrics.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with marketing-related administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and coordinating marketing materials.

  • Branding & Design Coordination: Work with designers to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals.

  • Market Research: Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and administration.

  • Must be able to share a comprehensive portfolio

  • Strong writing and content creation skills.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.


Preferred Experience
  • Experience in managing paid social media campaigns.

  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
