Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Personal Support
Provide high-level administrative support to one executive, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other diary-related tasks efficiently.
Assist with light personal admin tasks for the executive, ensuring timely completion and organization.
Handle ad hoc word processing and Excel tasks.
Client Work
Support client work by managing the membership list of an association with 500 members.
Ensure the membership list is continuously updated, reflecting any changes or new entries.
Prepare and send monthly communications to the association members, as drafted by the client.
Monitor responses to these communications, and update the association committee with relevant feedback.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
