Job Highlights:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am to 2pm Pacific
Initial focus on establishing systems and processes
Potential for increased hours as processes are established
Direct reporting to company founder
Collaborative work with team of 6 staff members
Responsibilities
Manage payment tracking and financial data entry
Process and organize client blood work reports and orders
Track and compile program statistics and data
Support client onboarding processes
Handle client communications and support
Generate and maintain operational reports
Assist with Monday.com system implementation
Coordinate with coaching team on client-related matters
Requirements
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in basic data entry and spreadsheet management
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to learn new software systems quickly (particularly Monday.com)
Professional and reliable with good time management
Experience with customer service or client communication
Basic understanding of healthcare or wellness industry a plus
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive health information
