Responsibilities
Drive SEO Success: Support implementation of search engine optimization strategies to improve client and company visibility online
Manage Paid Advertising: Assist with setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize ROI
Execute LinkedIn Outreach: Help develop and implement strategic outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients and partners
Develop Web Presence: Take ownership of WordPress and Webflow website updates, maintenance, and development tasks
Create Engaging Content: Curate and create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and supports marketing goals
Design Visual Assets: Utilize design tools like Figma and Canva to create eye-catching graphics and marketing materials
Support Operational Excellence: Handle behind-the-scenes marketing tasks that keep projects running smoothly and on schedule
Contribute to Growth: Play a key role in both client success and the agency’s own business development initiatives
Requirements
Proven marketing background with hands-on social media experience
Working knowledge of SEO principles and paid media concepts
Experience with WordPress and Webflow platforms (or willingness to learn quickly)
Familiarity with design tools like Figma and Canva for creating visual content
Exceptional organizational abilities and efficient time management skills
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks
Previous experience supporting international clients is a plus
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work remotely as part of a distributed team
Comfortable in a non-client facing, operational support role
Available to work 20 hours per week consistently
