Role Name: Real Estate Investment Appointment Setter

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Connecticut time

Client Timezone: Eastern Time (ET)

Job Description

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the crucial first point of contact in our property acquisition process, connecting with potential sellers across prime real estate markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a sophisticated real estate investment operation, where you’ll utilize modern CRM systems and follow a proven qualification process. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s expansion while providing you with valuable experience in the real estate investment sector.

Responsibilities
  • Execute daily outbound calls to property owners in targeted markets
  • Conduct initial screening conversations using our established qualification process
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system
  • Schedule follow-up appointments for qualified opportunities
  • Verify and update contact information and property details
  • Generate daily activity reports and track conversation outcomes
  • Collaborate with the investment team to optimize lead qualification process



Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills with professional phone presence
  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry
  • Ability to work full-time during US Eastern business hours
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Previous cold calling experience preferred but not required
