Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Bing/Microsoft Ads. This role requires a deep understanding of digital ad platforms, conversion tracking, and performance optimization. You’ll be responsible for launching and scaling ad campaigns, landing page building & optimization, managing budgets, and maximizing ROI for multiple client accounts or internal projects
Responsibilities:
●Set up and launch new PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, and Microsoft/Bing Ads
● Build and optimize advertising strategies tailored to specific goals (leads, sales, awareness, etc.)
● Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and competitor analysis ● Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams for creative assets
● Create landing pages that are built to convert visitors into leads
● Set up and track conversions through Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and platform-specific tracking tools
● Manage monthly advertising budgets across multiple accounts and platforms
● Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns for improved performance and lower cost-per-conversion
● Provide monthly reporting with insights, analytics, and next-step recommendations
● Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithm updates, and digital advertising best practices
● Identify growth opportunities and strategies for scaling ad performance
● Communicate campaign progress and results with internal stakeholders or clients
Qualifications:
● Proven experience managing successful Google Ads and Facebook/Meta ad campaigns
● Proficient with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Microsoft Ads
● Strong understanding of performance metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
● Experience setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking (GTM, Meta Pixel, offline conversions, etc.)
● Solid knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and funnel strategies
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
● Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
● Google Ads and Meta Certifications are a plus
