Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM NZT (Flexible During Client Business Hours)
Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours


We are seeking an Outreach Assistant to join our client’s team, responsible for lead generation, recruitment, and outreach efforts. This role requires a combination of proactive research, strategic communication, and adherence to a structured process. The ideal candidate will have experience in outreach, be comfortable using various research methods, and effectively engage potential clients through email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search local job boards to identify relevant job postings within the industry.

  • Research and find the best email contact for each job posting using company websites, LinkedIn, and other resources.

  • Follow a structured process to send tailored emails to identified contacts, promoting our services.

  • Maintain an organized record of outreach efforts and follow-ups.

  • Ensure consistency in the outreach process while using creative research strategies to identify the right contacts.

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

  • Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume, lead engagement, and other relevant metrics.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Present the company's products or services in a compelling manner, addressing the specific needs and concerns of prospects.

  • Participate in sales video calls as needed, presenting product demos or addressing client inquiries.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.

  • Continuously update the CRM or relevant systems with client interactions, feedback, and sales progress.


Requirements:
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to find relevant contacts online through various platforms (company websites, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Excellent written communication skills to craft professional and compelling outreach emails.

  • Ability to follow structured processes while adapting research methods to identify the right contacts.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to track outreach activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Previous experience in lead generation, recruitment, or outreach roles is a plus.


Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with job boards and recruitment platforms.

  • Experience using LinkedIn and other professional networking sites for outreach.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
