Requirements

Proven track record in sales, customer service, or appointment setting roles, demonstrating your ability to engage effectively with diverse personalities a Must
Resilience and stamina to handle high-volume calling while maintaining a positive and persistent attitude throughout the day
Proficiency with CRM systems and dialer software, with experience in Phone Burner being a significant advantage
Sharp listening skills and the ability to adapt your conversation style on the fly to connect with different types of homeowners
Self-motivation and discipline to work independently in a remote setting, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
