  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume and appointment setting, contributing directly to the company’s growth
  • Continuously refine your approach based on performance metrics and feedback, aiming for optimal results

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and dialer software, with experience in Phone Burner being a significant advantage
  • Sharp listening skills and the ability to adapt your conversation style on the fly to connect with different types of homeowners
  • Self-motivation and discipline to work independently in a remote setting, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
  • Enthusiasm for learning about the roofing industry and staying updated on weather patterns and their impact on home maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find creative ways to secure appointments
