We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team! In this role, you will drive Agile best practices, foster a culture of collaboration, and help teams deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently apply Agile practices across multiple teams using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

• Act as a servant leader, guiding and coaching teams to follow Agile best practices and improve maturity.

• Identify and remove impediments that block progress while proactively mitigating risks.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Team Leads, and Project Managers to ensure effective backlog prioritization and data-driven decision-making.

• Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing process enhancements.

• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing work environment that empowers teams to perform at their best.

• Promote Agile principles and values across the organization to strengthen Agile adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (or undergraduate student) in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

• Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to coach teams, drive collaboration, and foster a high-performance culture.

• Strong adaptability and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with distributed or remote teams is a plus.
