Job Requirements:

  • Design Creation: Design high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, and email marketing. 
  • This includes banners, infographics, social media graphics, website elements, and more.
  • Branding: Assist in the development and maintenance of client branding guidelines, ensuring all visual materials are consistent and align with client brand standards. 
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to produce designs that support campaign objectives, ensuring the visual elements align with overall strategies. 
  • Social Media Design: Create engaging social media graphics and assets, including posts, stories, and advertisements for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). 
  • Web and Mobile Design: Design landing pages, website banners, and other web-related elements to enhance the user experience and drive conversions. 
  • Adapt and Optimise Designs: Adapt existing designs to different formats and sizes, ensuring they are optimised for various devices and platforms.
  • Design Feedback and Revisions: Respond to client and internal feedback with design revisions, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. 
  • Stay Current with Trends: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technology to ensure your designs remain innovative and on-brand.

Core responsibilities:

  • Min 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar industry. 
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design software. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects, with a focus on digital marketing assets.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
  • Experience designing for web, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
