BDC Specialist – Remote

Are you passionate about data-driven sales, lead generation, and leveraging technology to drive business success? Dominion DMS (a Dominion Enterprises company) is looking for a BDC Specialist to join our dynamic team! This remote role plays a crucial part in our sales and marketing efforts, using HubSpot to generate actionable insights, refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and drive quality sales leads.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute a territory development plan that identifies and nurtures potential customers.
Use HubSpot to create, manage, and optimize a robust database that enhances sales efficiency.
Analyze prospect data, including current providers, decision criteria, and propensity to change, to support lead generation.
Engage with future customers using Challenger Sales methodology to uncover needs and position our solutions effectively.
Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve pipeline performance.
Represent Dominion DMS at industry events and functions to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Track and document all activities in HubSpot, ensuring alignment with internal sales processes.
What We’re Looking For:
HubSpot expertise is a must – you’ll be the go-to resource for sales data and process optimization.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to create actionable sales strategies.
Experience working with sales teams to develop leads and drive revenue.
Familiarity with territory development, prospecting, and sales funnel management.
Ability to clearly communicate our product offerings and value proposition to potential customers.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.

This role offers a base compensation of approximately $55,000 annually plus activity pay and bonus (at plan, approximately $75,000 OTE - uncapped potential). Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc. Additional benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities. This job posting will stay open until the position is filled or deemed to be no longer necessary.
