Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Internal Research: Investigate existing performance systems and metrics within Wheel the World to understand what’s currently in place and where improvements can be made.
  • Evaluate Team & Individual Metrics: Assess the effectiveness of team and individual performance metrics, identifying gaps and areas for enhancement.
  • Research & Recommend Platforms: Explore and evaluate platforms that can support our performance and feedback management, offering recommendations for implementation.
  • Build Performance Hubs: Assist in designing and creating a centralized hub for managing performance measurements and feedback, ensuring it aligns with our business goals.

Qualifications:
  • Program or Project Management experience, with a focus on performance and feedback systems.
  • Strong background in HR with an understanding of performance management and feedback processes.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to recommend practical and impactful solutions.


This internship requires at least 30 hours a week, and targets current students. 

This internship is unpaid.
