Job description

Main Responsibilities:

Internal Research: Investigate existing performance systems and metrics within Wheel the World to understand what’s currently in place and where improvements can be made.
Evaluate Team & Individual Metrics: Assess the effectiveness of team and individual performance metrics, identifying gaps and areas for enhancement.
Research & Recommend Platforms: Explore and evaluate platforms that can support our performance and feedback management, offering recommendations for implementation.
Build Performance Hubs: Assist in designing and creating a centralized hub for managing performance measurements and feedback, ensuring it aligns with our business goals.

Qualifications:

Program or Project Management experience, with a focus on performance and feedback systems.
Strong background in HR with an understanding of performance management and feedback processes.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.
Strong research skills with the ability to recommend practical and impactful solutions.

This internship requires at least 30 hours a week, and targets current students.
