Job description

You know that corporate document or piece of research you know you have somewhere but you can’t seem to find it? 🤯  The struggle to gather, organize and visualize all corporate knowledge and insights is real.

We are Stravito and this is the problem we solve.

Due to the universal nature of the problem, our customers come from various industries all around the world. We help world-leading organizations, such as McDonald’s, Nestlé, Burberry and Heineken, better understaind their customers and make better, insights-backed decisions by organizing their knowledge and making it easy to access through our intuitive platform.

We really mean it when we say we're a diverse and international team as our team of 100 has more than 30 different nationalities! We are guided by our operating principles: simplicity first, an “own it, do it” mentality, embracing different perspectives, and enjoying the journey together.

About the job

We’re looking for an HR/ People Operations Manager who can be a steady anchor to our People team, and play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and continuously improving policies, systems and processes that support the entire employee lifecycle of attracting, developing and retaining high-performing talent.

Our team also covers People Experience and Internal Communications and is led by the Founder and Chief of Staff. Success in this role calls for broad HR and People Operations experience, a strong balance of data-driven thinking and empathetic leadership, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.

What you’ll do
  • Be the HR/People partner: Act as a resource and trusted advisor to people managers, providing support and guidance on recruitment and development of talents.

  • Establish People processes & best practices: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and people-centric policies to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience.

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee our recruitment process, assisting with steps from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we’re bringing in the best talent to elevate our team.

  • Talent development & retention: Create and implement structures and processes to build a high-performance culture. Operationalize salary benchmarking, job leveling and oversee benefit structure.

  • Culture & Employee engagement: Design and facilitate initiatives with our People Experience Manager that create a warm, inclusive, and inviting remote-first culture.

  • HR legal and VISA-sponsorship: Operationalize to ensure compliance in collaboration with Legal- and Finance teams.

  • Ownership of HR platform and tools

  • Ownership and POC to EoRs.

About you
  • Background: HRBP or People Operations experience from a global context, ideally from a start up or scale up background. You have proven experience developing and implementing HR processes, policies, and SOPs for companies with several legal entities.

  • Analytical mindset: Your problem solving process starts with the end in mind, with a strong focus on desirable outcomes rather than activities. Prioritization comes easy for you in balancing importance/urgency with effort/reach and impact.

  • A doer: You love crafting processes, building frameworks, and creating order from scratch. Strong willingness to take ownership and accountability.

  • A people person: You enjoy creating connections, fostering relationships, and driving engagement.

  • A master of Project Management: You know how to manage your time effectively, and keep things moving forward even when juggling multiple responsibilities. You have the ability to zoom in and out, balancing tactical execution with strategic planning.

What’s in it for you?

You will join a remote-first and globally spread team, with company events a couple of times each year as the icing on the cake 🎂 We offer a fun, collaborative environment where everyone truly cares and helps each other. We have zero micro-management and instead you are encouraged to cultivate your own processes while giving and receiving feedback for improvement. Add to that a competitive compensation package, the possibility of working with cutting-edge technology in our industry (such as GenAI) and to be part of simplifying the professional lives of many - what’s not to like?

We look forward to hearing from you!
