What You Will Do
• 5's in Work Station
• Management of standard instruments and reference equipment.
• Temperature revision (Daily Monitoring).
• Verification of pending dimensions
• Critical Tool Dimension. | Dimensional Finish Goods
• Take evidence of the holding method of the parts to be measured 
• Support all metrology activities related to PPAP, new launches & production.
• Perform internal calibration according to established procedures.
• Continuous improvement and training to develop a robust entity in the metrology pad.
• Any other job activities assigned by the supervisor.
Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, 
targets and programs.
What You Need

• Knowledge of measurement devices and test equipment.
• Coordinate measuring machine (CMM WENZEL Programmable)
• Optical Comparator (PH3500 MITUTOYO)
• Reading and interpretation of plans
• Knowledge of Calibrator, Micrometers, Height indicator, Analytical Balances, Thermometers, UV 
Radiometers, Hardness Tester (ROCK WELL), Pull & Push tester (LLOYD) Multi-meter and gages
• Knowledge Geometric and Dimensional Tolerances GD & T (Universal Language)
• Knowledge of Analysis to measurement systems MSA
• Knowledge Microsoft Office, Power point, Word, Excel.
• Standard knowledge ISO / IEC 17025ss
• Knowledge of MSA. | High School or Technical Degree. | 30% English.
