JOB SUMMARY: The Project Manager II is responsible for providing management and technical assistance for local and regional contaminated sites and brownfield projects.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions:
Oversee multiple contaminated sites/brownfield projects simultaneously for public and private sector clients.
Work on sites with complex technical and regulatory issues.
Complete environmental site assessments and site investigations, site investigation work plans, remedial action plans, closure reports, and bid specifications.
Prepare proposals and interview for projects.
Manage projects within budget, scope, and schedule expectations.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agency staff.
Ensure high-quality project deliverables.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings.
Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s and Eocene Environmental Group's culture of safety and employee ownership.
Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures.

Position may require outside travel
Most travel will be to meet clients in the field, but some travel to attend conferences will also be necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental science, chemistry, geology, biology, engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7 years’ experience managing contaminated sites/brownfield projects.
Project Management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented and organized.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong work ethic and ability to perform work individually and in a team environment.
A positive attitude and professionalism.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office products, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
40-hour HAZWOPER training.
