Description

The Client Experience Specialist will be responsible for the creation, coordination, and delivery of educational and communications content across all AgencyBloc solutions. This role will focus on client education and experience, ensuring high adoption rates of AgencyBloc solutions through engaging training and educational materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Learning and Development (L&D), with experience in digital marketing and branding preferred. Prior experience in the health and life insurance industry is beneficial, as this role requires demonstrating how AgencyBloc products address real business challenges.


Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and execute live training events, including group sessions, onboarding bootcamps, and workshops for all AgencyBloc solutions.
  • Develop and manage educational content using a Learning Management System (LMS), including scriptwriting, instructional design, and project management.
  • Create engaging, high-quality video-based educational content, leveraging video editing tools and other digital media platforms.
  • Continuously update and maintain educational materials to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with product updates.
  • Conduct interactive feature workshops, tailoring content dynamically based on attendee needs.
  • Serve as a key resource for product education across internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Client Experience to manage content, priorities, and timelines effectively.
  • Proactively identify training needs to support both existing solutions and upcoming releases.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of all AgencyBloc solutions and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Monitor training program effectiveness through analytics and feedback, refining strategies as needed.
  • Work cross-functionally to update and maintain self-service client resources, including the training Academy, Knowledge Base, and in-app guidance tools.
  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Skills/Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field required, with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering software training to customers, preferably in a Software as a Service (SaaS) CRM company.
  • Strong background in Learning & Development (L&D), instructional design, or educational content creation.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
  • Experience in scriptwriting, customer communications, and training presentations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering productive collaboration across teams.
  • Comfortable and proficient with technology, business software, and video editing tools.
  • Proven experience in managing technical projects at scale. 

Preferred:

  • Experience in digital marketing and branding.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and knowledge base software.
  • Working knowledge of Absorb, ChurnZero, Zendesk, and Pendo.
  • Knowledge of the health and life insurance industry is a plus.
