Job Description
 

About The Position 
 
The Vice President, Global Learning & Organizational Development is responsible for developing and leading the global strategic direction and execution of learning & development, organizational development and effectiveness, aimed at accelerating business results to enable strategic growth. Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer this role will partner with the Executive Leadership team and Human Resource Leadership peers to ensure proper alignment of an engaged, accountable, high-performing, and values-driven culture focused on retaining to actively anticipate, plan for, and address the talent needs of the organization. You will collaborate with senior leaders and HR leaders to identify and build the strategic capabilities needed to drive learning and accelerate performance.   
 

  • Design and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with priorities, growth trajectory, and global workforce needs with a focus on leader training and including Executive Development.  

  • Build curriculum, courses and learning paths in our Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring robust, engaging learning (i.e., badging programs) in an efficient and effective way.  

  • Lead the design and delivery of initiatives to develop high potential talent and enhance the overall effectiveness of present and future leaders, aligning learning offerings with organizational objectives and employees’ personal goals and growth.  

  • Provide critical talent management thought leadership through the process of reimagining the talent lifecycle process, including the identification of critical roles and key talent, mobility, performance management, career progression, learning and development.  

  • Develop content and design highly tailored learning programs for talent across various roles and levels, including soft and technical skills and potential badging program.   

  • In partnership with Business Partners and Leadership & Development team, identify, manage, and develop future generations of diverse leaders.   

  • Monitor relevant metrics and KPIs to proactively diagnose and address key talent trends across the organization. Coordinates and collaborates with relevant Centers of Excellence to ensure processes, policies, and services are implemented and meet the needs of the business.   

  • Ability to credibly influence across all levels of organization through leadership consulting and coaching.     

  • Leads change management initiates to support both learning and culture initiatives in support of our strategic objectives and goals.   

  • Works closely with executive leaders to plan and implement projects and initiatives that align talent, culture, and work processes with the organization’s strategic priorities.   

  • Leads the Employee Engagement survey process, consolidation, and monitoring of messaging, reporting, and action planning.   

  • Partners and fosters building a high-performance and accountable culture of trust, recognition, transparency, respect, and results among team members at all levels of the organization, consistent with our short and long-term business objectives.   

 
Who You Are 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field. A master’s degree in business/organizational development is preferred.   

  • 15+ years of experience in Human Resources at mid-sized companies’ technology companies, with at least 7 years of experience in learning & development, talent management, organizational development  

  • Strong leader with ability to collaborate and influence across teams and levels.  

  • Must have experience in global technology companies and with talent development in India  

  • Proven experience working end-to-end talent solutions.   

  • Demonstrated and disciplined approach to change management.   

  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, global work environment.   

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results in a cross-functional team setting.   

  • Demonstrated proficiency with various talent solutions and HRIS platforms   

  • Ability to influence stakeholders in written and oral communication. Ability to develop presentations and report documents with effective messaging, and executive-level presentation skills.   

  • Flexible and adaptable – ability to adapt to various situations and stakeholders.   

Autonomous and self-driven – ability to work with all levels of the organization

Compensation Range

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
