To generate leads and appointments on behalf of clients as directed by your Manager

Requirements

Key result areas / key tasks / main duties

Reaching either 140 calls per 7 hour day or 1 hour 52 minutes of call duration per 7 hour day.
Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with clients
Managing and maintaining databases for individual campaigns, including updating notes and writing clear and thorough notes for appointments or leads.
Attending meetings and training sessions with clients
Attending meetings and training sessions with staff and managers
Completing end of campaign reports as directed by managers.
Abiding by rules as directed by the staff handbook
Respecting the company equipment, eg. Computers, telephones etc.
To behave appropriately during client visits.
