Job description

This is a remote position.

Note: HCM Module “Benefits & Compensation” should be strong and very good communication skills because he need to have client interaction


Job Requirement        
  • Project Role: Fusion Benefits Functional Consultant
  • Project Role Description:  

Fusion HCM  Benefits Configurations, Solutioning, Testing

  • Work Experience: 7+ Yrs (Overall) and 5+ yrs relative experience
  • Work location: India or USA [ Part time hours ]

Technical Expertise

Must Have Skills: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Benefits with minimum 2+ Implementation experience (preferably US Clients). Should have US Payroll experience
  • Any other Fusion HCM modules 
  • Good business knowledge in the Oracle Fusion Payroll functional area like Payroll Fast Formulas writing / amending 
  • Understanding of various integration touchpoints with other modules specifically Benefits, Time & Labor and absences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage task assignments.
  • Experience in Requirement Analysis, Technical Documentations, migration documents and test scripts.
  • Strong communication skills with customers and end users for understanding requirement and solutioning.

Good To Have Skills:  

  • Experience in Configuration changes to move to Redwood (Self-Service HR)
  • Some Report Building experience using OTBI

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Requirements Understanding from Clients and translating them to Technical Deliverables
  • Work closely with technical teams to support integrations with third-party benefits providers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Benefits and Payroll.
  • Stay updated with Oracle releases and recommend improvements for existing configurations.
  • Should be able to relate the product functionality to business processes and offer recommendations to customers on business scenarios mapping to Fusion HCM.
  • Write and/or Modify Payroll Fast Formulas
