- Develop and support web applications using specified programming languages.
- Collaborate with a U.S.-based Manager and Product Manager to define work tasks.
- Troubleshoot and investigate issues reported from the field, including customer meetings as needed.
- Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence for project tracking.

Independent worker – need someone who can jump in and figure out how the code works, there will be limited knowledge transfer possible

They will report to a Manager in the U.S. and work with a Product Manager in the U.S. to define work
Occasionally meetings with customers to troubleshoot issues will be needed
Troubleshooting skills – issues are reported from the field that will need to be investigated and troubleshooted
