Clinics located in more than 14 cities across Canada enable access to medical cannabis prescriptions, ongoing education and support services for veterans.The Virtual Psychiatrist will conduct virtual patient consults + write IMEs for military veterans to assess their eligibility for increased medical cannabis dosage.
Compensation:
$400-$750 per IME or flexible to work out hourly compensation rate + Medavie Blue Cross for approx. $80-$120/IME
Requirements
Licensed Canadian Psychiatrist
Bilingual (English/French)
Experience working with members of the Military community
Experience consulting patients with trauma (PTSD) or related mental health issues
Available minimum 5-10 hours/week on ongoing basis
Experience writing IMEs is ideal, not required
Salary: $400-750 Private + $80-120 Blue Cross per IME
