Key responsabilities:
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
Monitor the program on 500+ accounts and identify ways to penetrate new markets.
Meet with customers to discuss their needs and assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives and provide daily reports of field sales success.
