Project Description:
The client will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Skill and Experience:
· 10 years’ experience in a business or systems analysis role documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
· 5 years’ experience as a Project manager, Team Manager or Lead Analyst role providing guidance to other team members and directing analysis work. The response should include at least three examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 5 years. At least 1 example must include the implementation of a healthcare information system.
· 3 years’ experience performing gap analysis activities on ICT systems to ensure that they meet provincial or state regulatory requirements. Experience should include evaluating systems and business processes for compliance and developing requirements to ensure compliance. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
· 3 years’ experience in a software quality assurance role including the development of test plans and including the execution of infrastructure testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
· 1 year of experience developing requirements for the standardization of clinical documentation in an electronic patient record system on a provincial, regional, or state-wide level. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 1 year.
· 2 years’ experience implementing healthcare portal solutions designed to support primary care clinics and client enrolment. Experience should include integration with primary care software. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that total at least 2 years.
· 1 year of experience performing analysis on large-scale systems designed for public health surveillance and disease management. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year.
Mandatory Requirements:
· Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Software Development. Proof of the degree or diploma shall be provided with the response.
· Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
Education:
Prince2 Practitioner certification. Proof of the valid certification is requested with the response.
