ABOUT THE ROLE

To continue BRUNA’s growth, we are seeking a dedicated Retail & Marketplace Lead to join our team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to continue to foster the growth of BRUNA’s distribution channels, which includes all aspects of our Retail & Marketplace operations, developing, managing, and expanding POS, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies for both retail and marketplace channels.
Manage and lead the retail and marketplace channels within BRUNA and the related sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction across all sales channels.
Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and fostering customer loyalty.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and use this information to inform strategic planning.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Several years of proven experience in the management and development of Retail & Marketplace.
Proven track record of successful management and negotiations with clients.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics and take appropriate actions.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and a genuine love for variety in your day-to-day tasks—one day might be spent doing an inventory count in a retail store and the next aligning with a marketplace client on business strategy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Proven track record as a hands-on business leader with an entrepreneurial mindset and the passion to succeed.
