Job description

This is a remote position.

Join our team at Millennial Assistants as an Appointment Setter and Lead Generation Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and engaging potential clients, setting appointments, and contributing to our growth. If you're a proactive communicator with a knack for generating leads, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads and prospects.
  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to qualify leads.
  • Set appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate lead and appointment records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies.



Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in lead generation or appointment setting is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools, especially Zoho One.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Speak conversational English. 

Zoho One experience preferred.
