Flexible during business hours (8am to 5PM)

Responsibilities:
Follow up on email campaign responses using Apollo platform
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists
Set qualified appointments for the sales team
Research prospect companies before making calls
Track and report on calling activities
Position yourself as a representative of the company
Follow provided call scripts and maintain professional communication
Update contact information and engagement status in systems
Scope:
Part-time role starting at 20 hours per week
Potential to increase hours based on performance
Primary focus on appointment setting with flexibility for prospect research
Working with SMB and mid-enterprise level prospects
Following up on warm leads from email campaigns
Operating within the telecommunications and IT services industry
Using company-provided email and dialing software
Regular reporting and communication with management team
Excellent English communication skills
Available to work California/US West Coast business hours
Previous experience with Apollo platform preferred
Professional phone manner and clear speaking voice
Basic understanding of B2B sales processes
Comfortable with technology and learning new software tools
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Previous appointment setting or SDR experience preferred
