Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern with an hour's unpaid break (Open to schedule adjustment requests after 4 weeks)

Scope:

Direct management of link-building initiatives
Access to and utilization of AI tools and automation systems
Management of existing link-building dashboard and metrics
Responsibility for maintaining and updating partnership tracking systems
Ownership of link outreach and relationship management

Responsibilities:

Execute link-building campaigns through LinkedIn outreach to SEO specialists
Manage link swap partnerships with relevant websites
Evaluate potential link opportunities using Semrush and AI tools
Assess domain authority and content relevance of potential partner sites
Update CMS with partner links and maintain accurate documentation
Track link acquisition progress using established Kanban/Jira board
Maintain detailed records of all link-building activities in Notion
Participate in daily stand-up meetings
Follow up on link placement and partnership commitments
Review and select optimal pages for link placement based on content alignment

Requirements

Experience with off-page SEO and link-building strategies
Proficiency in using SEO tools, particularly Semrush
Strong understanding of domain authority and link quality metrics
Excellent communication skills for partnership outreach
Experience with CMS systems and content management
Ability to work independently with established processes
Familiarity with project management tools (Jira/Kanban)
Knowledge of technical SEO principles
Proven track record in building successful link partnerships
