JOB DESCRIPTION :


As a recruiter, you'll be responsible for the entire recruitment process, without having to do any business development: database searches, candidate contacts, virtual interviews, reference taking, candidate coaching and support. You'll work in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, in a working environment that encourages autonomy, the sharing of new ideas and initiative.





TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :


  • Write and post effective job descriptions;
  • Manage the candidate relationship;
  • Conduct targeted searches of candidate databases;
  • Analyze resumes and contact potential candidates by phone to present job opportunities;
  • Assess candidates' qualifications and motivations through virtual interviews;
  • Support, accompany and advise candidates throughout the process;





Profil


QUALIFICATIONS :


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (counselling, psychology, sociology, HR, IR);
  • 2 to 7 years' experience as a researcher or recruiter;
  • Experience in searching candidate databases;
  • Listening skills, empathy and interest in people;
  • Good communications skills over the phone
  • Analytical and organizational skills;
  • Autonomy and ability to work with little direct supervision;
  • Fluency in English and French (8/10).





Informations contractuelles


WORK CONDITIONS :


  • 55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience (2 to 7 years);
  • Flexible 35-hour work week;
  • 100% remote work, with possibility of coming to the Montreal office;
  • Full training and professional development;
  • Group insurance;
  • Non-commissioned salary structure: Fixed base salary according to experience and rapid salary progression.
