Business Development Manager – High Performance Doors
Location: Remote (UK-wide) – with travel to customer sites and 1–2 office days per month in Sheffield
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (Ideally ~£60K) + Bonus + Car Allowance
Deliver sales growth in key HPD market sectors, collaborating with the wider sales team to meet and exceed KPIs.
Prepare competitive quotations via the CRM system, follow up with customers, and secure orders in line with commercial targets.
Conduct regular customer visits and site surveys, ensuring seamless data handover to operations and high-quality execution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and key stakeholders across the construction and industrial sectors.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and innovation to strengthen market position and shape future opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of the High Performance Door market and associated product types.
Commercially astute with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Proven background in sales, ideally in a technical or specification-based environment.
Confident communicator and relationship-builder across all levels of stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to wider team success.
Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the ability to create polished presentations and manage technical specs.
The Package:
Base Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (targeting around £60K)
Bonus Scheme: Up to 10% of salary per quarter, based on performance
Car Allowance: £650/month
Remote Working: UK-based with occasional visits (1–2x per month) to Sheffield office
Travel: Regular UK travel to customer sites
