Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical leader in customer calls, leading discussions from a technical perspective and ensuring clear communication of technical solutions and strategies.
Play a key role in presales engineering, focusing on DevOps, migration, and modernization projects on AWS, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical solutions that align with customer requirements.
Perform Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) assessments, leading workshops as part of the MAP framework to evaluate customers' readiness for cloud migration and modernization.
Create detailed level-of-effort estimates and scope-of-work documentation to support project planning, proposals, and customer commitments.
Act as a hands-on escalation point for technical issues during project execution, leveraging deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve complex challenges.
Provide mentorship to team members, sharing expertise in AWS solutions, migration strategies, and best practices to develop technical skills across the team.
Bring both breadth and depth of experience in cloud migration, ensuring successful transitions from on-premises environments to AWS.
Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals, driving successful project outcomes.
Contribute to the design and implementation of solutions, while remaining hands-on throughout the engagement lifecycle to ensure technical success.
Ensure continuous improvement in processes and technical capabilities by staying up to date with AWS offerings, DevOps tools, and emerging technologies.
