This is a remote position.

Salary: Php 50,000 - 60,000

Job Responsibilities:

Perform BMS preventative maintenance on air-condition systems
Understanding of Heat Pump
Understanding of refrigeration principles
Multi- story buildings/Building Services experience or exposure preferred
Good understanding and working knowledge of BMS systems
Identify faults through analysis
Observant operator
Critical thinking
Someone who has a trades background with previous onsite experience and happy to conduct remote work
