Key responsabilities:

Customize and develop reports for ERP implementation, focusing on Epicor and other solutions.

Analyze performance variances and trends to improve processes during ERP implementation.

Train and mentor less experienced team members in ERP practices and technical skills.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.

Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for technical Consultant with ERP implementation experience of Epicor and/or other solutions.

This person will be responsible for customisation, report development, work flow configuration and any technical work related in ERP implementation.

Performing the work to compare actual performance with planned performance, to analyze variances, to assess trends to effect process.

Train and build team of fresher or less experience recruits.

Requirements

Working experience of .Net, C#, SQL Server technologies and/or any other development tool

Demonstrated track record of successful Project Management on ERP Projects. Any ERP project management experience is preferred.

Specific experience with structured development methodologies and standards.

Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments.

Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams.

Excellent people skills and ability to build respectful relationships with all levels of staff.

Self-motivated to perform effectively and provide accurate results.

Applicants with prior ERP Implementation background are expected to possess below additional skills:

Advise functional team to minimize gaps between standard customer's business processes with work arounds or less coded customization
