Key responsabilities:

Dispatch drivers to restaurants as orders arrive and monitor their progress.

Reassign orders as needed and communicate with customers regarding delays.

Recruit and onboard drivers under the guidance of the manager.

Update CRM with leads, manage driver accounts, and provide general customer support.

Job description

This is a remote position.

Food Courier Dispatcher for an on demand Food Delivery Company. Based in Toronto Canada.

Responsibilities

Ability to Dispatch drivers to restaurants as orders arrive.
Monitor progress of drivers, and to reassign orders if need be.
Able to make calls to Customers if delays occur.
Recruiting, Onboarding Drivers under the guidance of Manager
Administer Driver accounts and payments.
Working hours are Tuesday 4pm -10pm, Wednesday to Sunday from 2pm to 10pm EST (Toronto time)
Finding and adding leads to CRM as well as updating the directory, Updating Accounts, Onboarding new delivery clients and updating the rate charts.
Menu item updates, General customer support via Whatsapp
Full training and support will be provide.

Requirements

Experience in On Demand Food Delivery, Courier, or other high paced logistics activities.
Good knowledge of English. Written and oral
Confident to talk to end user/customers in Canada/US
High Speed Computer & Internet
Dual monitors preferred as well as tablet.
