WE ARE HIRING REMOTE BILINGUAL EXPERIENCED RETENTION AGENTS!!! 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 85% English proficiency 
  • Steady wired internet connection
  • USB Wired headset
  • Windows 8+ or MAC
  • Retention experience is a plus
RETENTION AGENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support and active listening.
  • Analyzing customer behavior.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions
  • Educate customers on the value of our services
  • Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention
  • Go into internal professional training.
  • Communicate and report to your team leader.
RETENTION AGENT'S BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 90% English proficiency (EF set - C2 or higher)
  • Fundamental computer skills and PC that meet the minimum technical requirement
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A hard-wire, noise-canceling headset
  • Be able to provide a valid and non-expired certificate of good conduct/Police Certificate (International Applicants)
  • Ability to service with minimal supervision and consistently keep your scheduled client commitments
  • 1+ years of retention experience (Desirable).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and patience.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills.
