Who we're looking for

Remedy is looking for a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. You'll work alongside our product managers and partners to create awesome products. What you will do
  • Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation and continuous improvement
  • Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes (roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily scrum, sprint reviews)
  • Monitor risks, quality and project progress
  • Constantly communicate with stakeholders and align progress with business process, goals, objectives and strategy. Be a subject-matter expert for them
  • Analyze user behavior, gather necessary data to systematize the feedback into effective solutions
  • Own product backlog and make sure it is well-structured, prioritized, decomposed and stories description is enough for the team to successfully implement features
  • Forecast impediments to sprint backlog or completion during planning to solve bottlenecks where necessary.
  • Be able to define short and long term goals

  • What should my qualifications be?
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Project Management/Product Ownership/Product Management.
  • C1+ English level
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C products.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms (at least 3 years)
  • Team player with ability to set up collaboration between both internal and external stakeholders, team of engineers
  • Skill in breaking down problems, finding and describing solutions, attention to details
  • Empathy with effective communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Deep knowledge of development methodologies (Kanban, Agile, SCRUM)
  • Regular tools knowledge: GSuit (Sheets, Docs, Meets, etc.), Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence), Notion, Trello, Figma, Slack, Flutter, etc.
