COMPLY is seeking a strategic VP of Product Management to join our growing organization. Reporting to the company’s CPO, this position bears responsibility for driving the product roadmap for the organization, and the oversight of the company’s product management team. This individual will understand and advocateforthecustomerandbeabletoarticulateanddeliversolutionstotheirproblems,needs,and long-term goals. The key contributions of the VP of Product management will be to translate the product vision into short and long-term development roadmaps and to partner with Product Marketing to successfully launch new products.

Responsibilities & Expectations:
  • Drive the roadmap for COMPLY’s suite of compliance products; this is a highly visible role that will work across the entire organization, executive leadership, clients and prospects
  • Conduct customer research, market and competitor analysis to understand consumer needs/pain points and market opportunities; Gain and maintain strong knowledge of market trends, customer insights, emerging/disruptive technologies, etc.
  • Define, identify and create business cases for new product features and enhancements from market and customer research that achieve customer, growth, and P&L goals.  Especially important will be driving retention improvements in the SMB market and across the company
  • Build Generative AI components into the customer experience, with a clear path to Agentic workflows across the platform
  • Understand drivers of P&L performance and identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Lead, manage and develop a high-performing product organization (PMs, POs)
  • Partner with engineering leadership to ensure consistent, productive, and efficient software development processes are followed using agile best practices
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Marketing, Technology and Customer Success to ensure products are launched and meet their KPIs


  • Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience in a fast paced, agile product development environment
  • Experience scaling a team, creating / managing multiple product lines and integrating acquisitions
  • Experience managing an international PM team and executing an aggressive roadmap with engineering resources on multiple continents and time zones
  • Data-driven decision maker with a bias to action who can drive projects forward
  • Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership of and accountability for projects
  • Strong relationship builder and influencer who can galvanize a cross functional team
  • Executive presence and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of stakeholders – Board, Clients, Internal teams
  • Experience with fintech or compliance / legal products/services a plus
