As a Channel Sales Manager - Europe, you will drive growth across European markets. You’ll collaborate with the Zygo team to develop strategies, manage budgets, and oversee the customer base and channel partners outside BeNeLux and DACH, reporting to the European Sales Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in key markets (Optics, Space & Defense, Semiconductors).
  • Serve as the main contact for customers, offering technical expertise on Zygo’s interferometric products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage direct and indirect sales channels to exceed revenue targets across Europe.
  • Analyze market trends, provide sales forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing and product strategies.

Required skills and qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales of capital equipment or high-tech investment goods.
  • Engineering degree or technical background in metrology, optics, or precision engineering.
  • Proven track record in international sales, including distributor and client management.
  • Fluency in English; German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% across Europe.
