Min 2.5 years proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. Proficiency in bookkeeping software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or MYOB. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Core responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy. Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Assist with payroll processing and tax filings. Monitor budgets and track expenses. Ensure compliance with local financial laws and regulations. Liaise with accountants, auditors, and other financial professionals. Perform administrative tasks related to financial management.
