Min 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, and candidate screening Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements is highly desirable. Exceptional sourcing skills with expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools. Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Familiarity with tech hiring trends and market insights is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

Utilise various channels (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and more) to source and attract top-tier candidates for open positions. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles. Review CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and qualifications. Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Prepare and present detailed candidate summaries to hiring managers. Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand job requirements, team needs, and candidate profiles. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and insights to key stakeholders. Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and legal regulations. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system
