  • Resolve customer service issues and support the Commercial Department with administrative tasks.
  • Issue invoices for delivered parts and assist in preparing analytical data for sales promotions.
  • Prepare presentations and customer parts information for clients.

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation including, purchase order, delivery note, and invoicing for financial system.
  • Responsible to resolve issues related to customer service
  • Support Commercial Department in general administrative work.
  • Issue system invoice for delivered parts and distribute to Accounting dept.
  • Assist to make an analytical data as a base of sales promotion.
  • Prepare presentations, sales proposal/package, and customer parts information for Customer.
  • Carry out any other tasks related to work as allocated superiors


Competencies
  • Computer ability to operate Windows office (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
  • Advance knowledge and ability in using social media to campaign the sales program/ promotion.
  • Advance knowledge on sales transaction process
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
  • A high standard of personal work ethic.
  • Punctual and Reliable
  • Ready to be based in Sumbawa, Indonesia
